I just want to make something clear.
If it wasn't for Dustin and Andrea,
Avery would be suffering from my mistakes right now.
Adoptive parents are AMAZING.They go through SO much to have children.It can't be easy.
THEY DESERVE MORE CREDIT.
I heard something on Adoption Voices today that made my blood boil..Hence, the purpose of this post.

Aww Andee thanks! You birthmothers by far need to get all the credit though! Sometimes the media protrays adoption in neg. ways and my blood gets to boiling too! Just the other day I had someone ask me if I would still love Mist if I had a BIO child!! I wanted to slap them in the face..okay not really but I was just about that mad!
I agree with the above comment. Adoption is such a wonderful thing. A big thanks to all of you birth parents out there that chose life for these wonderful children. I keep our daughter's birth parents in our prayers every single day.

Andee you are so awesome! Tamara Hyde said it over and over again at the adoption conference. We need you birth moms and you need us adoptive couples. We need each other! I'm so glad that you have such a great relationship with Dustin and Andrea. As a hopeful adoptive parent I can only imagine how grateful they are to have you in their lives! Not only are they blessed but so is Avery.
Thanks Andee. I needed this today. You are so sweet and kind. I don't know what we did to deserve you, but we are definitely grateful.
I saw that AV thread, it was full of so much hurt and anger directed toward people, it was really sad. I keep thinking of that poor girl who left AV because of it. She needed to be educated, not torn apart.
Thank you so much for posting this Andee, it was very sweet of you. I agree with the above commentors, birthmothers like you are special people who we are priviledged to know.
